- How quickly RosterBuster is being adopted
- Preferred modes of communication  (messaging, phone calls, internal VOIP)
- Where communication is strong vs. weak across teams

These insights allow you to better understand how information is consumed by crew with different job functions and roles and make changes that improve communication across the airline.
