RB Group at EATS
Earlier this year RB Group conducted a global airline crew research study around communication in training.
3922 professional airline crew members world-wide completed the survey, which contains deep insights for airlines into the way communication is perceived at various touchpoints, throughout a crew members training experience.
RB Group is excited to deliver the findings and discuss the future of communication in airline training. The survey findings fit nicely into the theme of this year’s conference. ‘Identifying and Developing Professionalism in Aviation Training’
