Mobile App Marketing Specialist - Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Marketing Lead to join our team. This position will be responsible for working with mobile advertising partners, analyzing data, and managing our Mobile Marketing Platforms (MMP). The position will explore, negotiate, implement and optimize all mobile campaigns. You will work alongside the product marketing team. This position requires a proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus in mobile marketing.

Role and responsibilities

● Working on a lean startup process.
● Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
● Prioritizing growth channels Identify and recommend mobile marketing opportunities, including implementing and launching mobile marketing ad buys
● Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for mobile campaigns and paid app performance against set goals/KPIs
● Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on
● Develop graphs, presentations, and reports for stakeholders
● Liaise with developers to assist in technical launching of mobile campaigns
● Collaborate with Creative, Design and Product teams on final deliverables for mobile campaign assets, responsive landing pages, product features/enhancements, etc.
● Regular ad changes and updating other assets for mobile campaigns to optimize;
● A/B split testing Exploring and recommending new industry best practices for the App (User Acquisition and Re engagement) to advance the app
● System owner for Mobile Marketing Strategy, execution and all related reporting


● B.A. or B.S. required in Marketing or related field
● Strong analytical skills Having a startup mindset.
● Being social and understanding users behaviour.
● Having great customer relations skills and being focus on customer experience
● Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
● 4+ years relevant experience with digital marketing preferred in mobile app marketing field.
● Demonstrated experience with mobile and app marketing campaigns;
● Experience with UA campaigns and marketing for both the Apple and Google Play App Stores preferred
● Experience working with a creative services team and external advertising and digital media vendors; and/or digital ad operations experience
● Must be extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise projects
● Familiar with campaign development projects and working with related departments
● Having experience with tools such as Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales and marketing purposes, Firebase, Zapier to automate workflows
● Knowledge of SEO and ASO best practices
