Senior Digital Experience Manager Job Description 

Location: Position based at either our Head Office Zoetermeer, The Netherlands or Pune India office

As a Sr. Digital Experience (DX) Manager, you will play a key role in delivering the great digital experiences RB users are expecting on mobile-app. You will lead the strategy and delivery of end-to-end experiences that exceed the app user needs. You will be responsible for business outcomes such as increased user satisfaction, increased sales, and reduced costs. Using market and user insights, you will be the voice of the user and define and influence innovative experiences. You are empowered to experiment, learn and optimize with the partnership of multiple teams. .

Role and Responsibilities

•  Act as Business stakeholder and Customer Champion. 

• Become an RB product expert.  

• Lead business case development for experience investments. 

• Interpret and provide fact-based explanations of strategic KPIs for leadership. 

• Represent team in key leadership meetings Build hypotheses and partner with Design, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to test assumptions using rapid prototyping, usability and/or A/B testing to understand functionality and feasibility before a full-scale launch. 

• Use Adobe Target to optimize in-market experiences. 

• Leverage Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage basic content edits for real-time testing, validation, and optimization of existing experiences. 

• Coach other team members on best practices. 

• Challenge current practices and build new methodologies to optimize team efforts.

•  Stay ahead of trends and inspire innovation.    


• 5+ years of experience.

• BA required.

• MBA or Masters degree preferred

• Experience with both mobile apps and websites

• Prior experience and responsibility for delivering key outcomes from a portfolio of digital experiences. 

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize experiences from the user perspective and to use data and other inputs to create and share clear perspectives about the health of the DX portfolio from a user perspective

• Well-versed in collaborative design techniques, Design Thinking, Journey Mapping, Agile and Lean frameworks

• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple types of work at any given time

• Thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve

• Eager to learn and adopt new tools that empower you to create better user experiences and improve speed-to-market

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Work with a "no task is too small" attitude
